Job Description:

Leading the QA Team, reviewing the SOW, preparing the project plan, test strategy, test plan and all other project documentation

Acting as a Facilitator between organization & team/vendor; working with the Engineering Managers and other Pool Owners to meet team needs & requirement and ensuring that team progresses on assigned task

Taking feedback from customers & counterparts on other practices POCs and improving the overall team performance

Monitoring QA testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of assigned systems; ensuring timely and accurate test communication with Development Leads, Project Manager and Senior Management throughout the project lifecycle

Ensuring timely completion & delivery of project to client and extending production support for multiple applications; understanding process requirements and providing use cases for the business, functional & technical requirements

Preparing, designing and leading the test strategy and test plan for all projects; reviewing activities such as requirements review, design review, test strategy review and test case review

Playing a key role in establishment of TCoE (Test Centre of Excellence) and managing automation & functional test areas

Participating in cross-functional team discussions to help improve overall service quality, providing input for a go/no-go decision on release readiness, reviews and communicating status to stakeholders

working with other members of the quality group and organization to ensure tactical execution of quality protocols and SOPs to minimize risk to the business

provided support to Finacle Core Banking and to Global customers for Finacle application and allied Interfaces.

Involved Loan module Migration activity for Internal Application to Finacle V11 Application.
