  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

THE ROLE

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming our operations model into a fully automated, DevOps-driven environment. You will collaborate with Operations and R&D teams to enhance deployment automation, improve monitoring, and drive efficiency across our infrastructure.

YOU WILL:

  • Lead and support the transformation from traditional Operations to a DevOps-centric model.
  • Automate deployment processes and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, and Ansible.
  • Work closely with Ops and R&D teams to enhance automation and improve existing infrastructure.
  • Continuously refine deployment strategies to increase efficiency and minimize errors.
  • Deploy product updates, identify production issues, and develop automated monitoring solutions
  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions to support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production environments to ensure high availability and performance. Participate in incident response and post-incident analysis to enhance system reliability.
  • Collaborate with software developers to optimize infrastructure for new features and applications.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer/SRE/Platform Ops or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Linux-based infrastructure and scripting for automation.
  • Experience in database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with open-source tools and automation technologies.
  • Bonus: Experience in telecommunications (SIP, PBX) and virtualization platforms (OpenShift, VMware).
