Global HR Shared Service (Customer Contact Center)
This role will provide HR administrative back office support including HR system on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-term development of HR Shared Service functions. Supporting the HRS in providing a comprehensive HR service to HR clients, managers and staff within the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Cultivate a Positive Work Environment:

- Encourage continuous improvement through active participation and teamwork.
2. HRMS Data Management:
- Perform and facilitate relevant HRMS entry for managers and employees.
- Validate HRMS data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Data Integrity Maintenance:
- Maintain data integrity in the HRMS system.
- Ensure the accuracy and security of employee personal records and information.
4. Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Keep and manage employee personal records.
- Facilitate the retrieval and reporting of HR-related information as needed.
5. Process Documentation and Improvement:
- Contribute to the development of business process documentation.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Employee Engagement:
- Drive internal employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement engagement strategies.
7. Support HRS Projects and Programs:
- Assist in various HRS projects and programs as necessary.
- Collaborate with the HRS team to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Good communication skills - both verbal and written
- Computer literate and able to do simple Excel actions
- Strong attention to details.
- Must be willing to work on night/rotating shift
- Must be willing to work in Sto. Tomas, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park)
