Work Schedule

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. tax preparation, including expertise in trusts and foreign taxes. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for this role. A valid PTIN is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, trusts, and foreign entities.
  • Analyze and address complex tax matters, ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations.
  • Conduct tax planning and provide advisory services to clients.
  • Research and resolve tax-related issues, including those involving trusts and international tax matters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish to address inquiries and provide updates.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in preparing U.S. tax returns, including trusts and foreign tax filings.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and other relevant tools.
  • A valid PTIN is a plus.
