Customer Service Representatives are dynamic and highly driven professionals who work with enthusiasm and accuracy. They go beyond satisfying customer queries and concerns, providing excellent service with every interaction.
Responsibilities:
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry
Experience handling utility or sales accounts is a plus
Completed 2 years in college (must have TOR or diploma available)
Amenable to working fully onsite in Clark, Pampanga
Can start ASAP
