Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Work amongst our industry-leading AI practice, educating and energizing our clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective cloud-based solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices to ensure data integrity and marketing effectiveness.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and data analytics.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience specifically with Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of data management, integration, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
