JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Section Supervisor, shall be responsible for the completion of the jobs pertaining to land surveying assigned by the Land Surveys Section Head.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

  1. Coordinate with the different persons involved in the project to ensure that the computations and plans are followed and the surveying works are done in most efficient manner.
  2. Assist the Land Surveys Section Head with computations, surveys, plotting, and mapping, including the preparation of location plans for lots or raw lands.
  3. Assist the Land Surveys Section Head in preparing survey returns required for submission to the DENR.
  4. Facilitate the submission of survey returns for simple/complex subdivision plan to LMS, DENR or LRA, and research data needed for survey to the said government agencies.
  5. Assist the Land Surveys Section Head in preparing the fieldwork to be carried out by subordinates.
  6. Responsible for the relocation surveys and topographic surveys of properties (raw lands) .
  7. Assist the Construction Section Heads with land development, buildings, and housing projects.
  8. Assist the Land Surveys Section Head in downloading data obtained from different fieldworks, such as relocation surveys, topographic surveys, etc.
  9. Recommend a survey aide who will be needed by the survey team.
  10. Exercise administrative control over the survey aide of the team in all matters pertaining to work performance, attendance, discipline, and enforcement of company rules and regulations.
  11. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate of Geodetic Engineering

Experience: At least three (3) years of work experience in real estate industry

Competencies:

  • With good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (Civil3D, NMax) and GIS (Arcview, QGIS)
  • Can drive a four-wheeled vehicle with valid driver’s license
  • Willing to be assigned in Lucena City, Quezon
