Account Manager (Commercial Associate for Advertising and Booth Fabrication))
Creativents is a startup event and exhibit solution company based in Manila. We deliver beyond the scope of a traditional event organizer and exhibit stand builder. We open the door for new ideas, audacious designs with the integration of cutting edge technology.
We have strong production partners abroad especially in Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Middle East and USA.
We are currently on the look out for a strong and goal oriented Account Manager who can be a great additional to the team.
Job Scope:
- Acquire and manage new clients & fresh accounts
- Develops presentation decks for client pitches
- Establish relationship with the client and internal project stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Works closely with vendors to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and within the budget
- Oversees and manages the assigned projects from conceptualization to execution
- Prepares detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities
- Creates budget proposal and cost estimate based on requirements.
- Scouts vendors, subcontractors, designers and other suppliers that are necessary to the project.
- Prepares reports needed such as production report, post event report, documentation, etc.
- Should be willing to travel for out of town and overseas project
- Minimal ad hoc projects not limited to design, social media initiatives, and other creatives
Qualifications
- Previous account management and acquisition experience from events, exhibits or creatives.
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Know how to write business correspondence
- Know how to write project decks
- Project Coordination and Management
- Willing to report for work onsite in San Pedro, Laguna
