Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Officer located in Pacita, San Pedro. The Project Officer will be responsible for planning and execution of projects, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with clients and partners, and overseeing the fabrication team to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Description
- Oversee and lead projects from ingress to egress.
- Establish relationships with the client and internal project stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Manage third-party suppliers, and contracts and prepare price quotes, and internal documents to support the event organization.
- Plan and ensure the successful execution of projects that may happen at the local or international level, within budget and approved procedures.
- Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Create a budget proposal and cost estimate based on requirements.
- Scout vendors, subcontractors, designers and other suppliers that are necessary to the project.
- Prepare reports needed such as production report, post event report, documentation, etc.
- Should be willing to travel for out of town and overseas project.
- Manage third-party suppliers, and contracts and prepare event proposals, price quotes, and internal documents to support the event organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relative
- With at least 2 years experience in construction and project management is preferred
- License is not required
- Must be computer savvy
- Willing to travel locally or internationally
- Amenable to start asap
