Location: Eastwood Quezon City

Your Role:

  • Manage accounts payable - process supplier invoices and staff expenses, ensure timely payment, and resolve any discrepancies
  • Manage accounts receivable - raise invoices for self-billing clients and reconcile their accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements and post financial transactions
  • Assist in processing UK Staff payroll - ensure staff are paid accurately and on time
  • Maintain financial records - ensure financial records are up to date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements; file and organize financial documents for easy access during audits
  • Prepare journal entries and support month end close
  • Manage and reconcile Fixed Assets Register, Accruals, Prepayments, and control accounts
  • Prepare and generate reports to support Finance Team

What You Need:

  • BS Degree in Accountancy/Accounting Technology
  • Great Communication skills - both oral and written
  • Excellent Excel Knowledge - Pivot Tables and XLookups
  • Being a good Team Player but can also work on their own
  • Intermediate Accounting knowledge
