Responsibilities:
- Lead to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on strategic organization and people decisions, be trusted business partner
- Enhance talent acquisition, lead team to hire the right talent for business developing needs
- Oversee the performance management process & incentive scheme, motivate employees to strive for excellence, providing guidance to managers on best practices to enhance workforce productivity and growth
- Designing competitive & reasonable compensation and benefits, drive employee engagement initiatives, improve employee satisfaction and loyalty
- Facilitate the successful localization and promotion of corporate culture in local company, establish positive workplace culture & relationship
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and advising leadership on potential impacts or necessary changes
- Build and lead a strong & professional HR team, optimize relevant HR policies & processes, upgrade HR working approaches & outcome, enhance the HR system & digitalization
Requirements:
- Must be in Retail clothing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or other related fields
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the retail sector
- Strong understanding of HR knowledge & best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the Philippines
- Proven ability to lead and drive strategic initiatives or reform effectively, with good business acumen, take ownership & proactivity
- People oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage different level of stakeholders.
- Able to work in diverse teams and foster an inclusive working environment. Can use both of Chinese & English will be plus
- Good leadership to lead the team to achieve the goals
