Role Purpose

The Digital Content Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining and optimizing digital content across ATG websites for all brands and regions. This role involves applying the uploading, modification, and publication of digital content and assets to our websites, including images and copy as supplied by the onshore team. The Digital Content Administrator will work closely with the Senior Digital Manager and other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and in line with corporate guidelines.

Role Deliverables and Performance Measures

  • Prepare and upload all digital content and assets to meet product release dates
  • Ensure tasks required for product release dates are completed on time and to expectation.
  • Maintain digital assets to reinforce brand values and comply with ATG brand guidelines.
  • Communicate digital activity effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • Apply user testing and quality control to ensure successful deployment of digital products.
  • Complete compliance training within designated timeframes and to expectation.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Digital Marketing experience with a thorough understanding of digital marketing principles.

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in digital, communications, or marketing advantageous.
