Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Research Manager at RLR Research & Analysis Inc. The Research Manager will be responsible for overseeing market research projects, analyzing data, and ensuring timely delivery of client requirements. It is also expected from the role to fully understand client business that will help develop client strategies from insights generated. This position will be based in Quezon City.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Market Research Project Management
- Experience ( at least 4 years) in Market Research and Questionnaire Design
- Strong Communication and Problem-Solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field
- Ability to work under pressure and can work with a team effectively
