Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Project Designer to join our Project Workflow Methodology team. This role focuses on creating and maintaining high-quality 3D Design, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop detailed models and visualizations that capture both the artistic vision and technical requirements of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, SketchUp, Enscape, CAD, understanding of IFC interoperability, Navisworks, and Trimble Connect software is a plus.
- Create detailed 3D design using Revit and SketchUp to represent design concepts and project requirements.
- Proficient in using Revit for technical drawing , with a good understanding of relevant drawing standards, especially in North America.
- Extensive project construction experience and construction details.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure all work align with the project's aesthetic and technical standards.
- Develop visualizations and renderings to support client presentations and design reviews.
- Assist in resolving design issues, clashes, and inconsistencies through effective modeling practices.
- Manage and update digital project assets, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Leverage platforms like Trimble Connect for effective collaboration and model sharing.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in project execution.
- Contribute to the enhancement of modeling workflows and team efficiency through innovative practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 3-5 years in interior workplace design and construction projects.
- Proficient in English; understanding of Chinese is a plus.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Revit, SketchUp, BIM 360, CAD, Enscape, and other common design software with a proven ability to produce high-quality, detailed models for interior workplace design.
- Proficiency in rendering tools for creating compelling design visuals.
- Familiarity with collaborative platforms such as Trimble Connect is a plus .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of North American design standards and codes is a plus.
Teamwork and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively convey technical concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability to thrive in a global work environment.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
