Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Staff located in Bacoor, Cavite. The Admin Staff will be responsible for handling administrative processes, communication, invoicing, finance-related tasks, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Processes and Communication skills
  • Invoicing and Finance knowledge
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus
