Dealer Relationship Manager

We connect buyers and sellers with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Lead.
Position Overview: The {Sr.) DRM for New Initiatives will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through the core sales channels. This role requires a deep understanding of auto-finance products, strong relationship management skills, and a proven track record in channel sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships: establish strong relationships with dealers, and work to ensure their satisfaction and success
- Identifying challenges and opportunities for their dealers, and find ways to address them.
- Creating reports to key stakeholders about their dealers’ progress.
- Keep up with market trends, products, sectors, and new developments
- Onboard new customers and advise them.
- Working closely with various business departments to maintain and develop strategic relationships with key accounts
- Managing issues: DRMs manage and resolve issues on their dealers’ behalf.
- Looking for growth opportunities to grow sales from existing and new accounts
