  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Location: Remote

Hours: US PST (7 am - 3 pm PST), 40 hrs/week

Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the company's daily financial operations.
  • Maintain the company's accounting records and prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Handle the creation of client invoices.
  • Supervise the Accounting and Accounts Receivable Deduction teams.
  • Develop the annual budget and forecasts, and conduct variance analysis.
  • Oversee the company's Accounts Receivable.
  • Administer the company's disbursements and expenses, ensuring timely payments to contractors and vendors.
  • Support the Accountant in preparing documents for IRS compliance.
  • Propose cost-saving strategies and implement policies to enhance financial health.
  • Dispatch and review the client's proposal, and facilitate meetings with new clients.
  • Hold monthly meetings with clients to review their financial statements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across different departments.

Qualifications:

Controller/Manager Qualifications / Skills:

  • Managing processes
  • Financial software
  • Developing standards
  • Auditing, accounting, and corporate finance
  • Tracking budget expenses
  • Financial skills
  • Analyzing information
  • Developing budgets
  • Performance management
  • Excellent English Communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Confident in speaking with foreign clients and co-team members

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Knowledge in QuickBooks
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance
  • Experience with financial reporting requirements
  • Certified Public Accountant
