The Operations Officer is mainly responsible for: (1) providing project management support to business development, sports development, and facilities management teams to help achieve business goals.
Business Development & Operations
- Achieves targets by developing business opportunities with existing and potential business partners
- Provides support in managing the business unit’s strategic partners, i.e., addressing day-to-day concerns, preparation of regular reports, tracking of partner remittances, etc.
- Provides support on the implementation of business development initiatives e.g., partner deployments, sports pop-ups, etc.
- Assists in driving initiatives to improve customer experiences in Sports & Leisure Center facilities
Project Management
- Helps oversee progress on business unit projects, e.g., new Game Park branches
- Shall assist in the implementation of sports development projects/initiatives e.g., events
- Provides support on administrative tasks related to facilities management as necessary
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- At least 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Management Engineering or any related course
- Certified Industrial Engineer or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
- Required Skills: written / verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, process and information mapping, business writing and project management
WORK LOCATION
- Candidate must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - MAAX Bldg., Pasay City.
