About this role…
+ Collaborate with the wider CRM & Automation and Talent teams to understand requirements and develop automated workflows and targeted campaigns that identify and engage potential candidates, encouraging them to apply for vacant roles at TOA.
+ Maintain clean and actionable data while using analytics to identify trends and opportunities. + Regular campaign and monthly reporting
+ Continuously optimize the CRM platform to improve efficiency, enhance user adoption, and support business goals.
About you…
Essential
• 1+ years in a CRM specialist role
• Working knowledge of CRM automation platforms, HubSpot a bonus.
• Experience in managing customer data, data hygiene practices, and segmentation strategies
• Experience using automation tools for email campaigns and workflows
• Basic understanding of data management tools or spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Ability to analyze CRM data, create reports, and derive actionable insights
• Awareness of mapping and optimizing customer touchpoints across various channels
• Able to deliver work with minimal errors
• Results orientated
Preferred
• Good understanding of how omni channel marketing and how direct marketing compliments other channels, particularly paid and organic social
• Good presentation skills
• Proficiency with MS Suite
