- Design and implement short- and long-term strategies that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
- Assess the effectiveness of organizational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with business units to ensure alignment and execution of strategies, fostering communication across teams.
- Create and monitor key performance indicators to measure strategic performance and identify areas for adjustment.
- Lead quarterly reviews of organizational performance against strategic goals, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Effectively communicate strategic plans and initiatives to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance the company’s technological and market capabilities.
- Stay informed on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to ensure Globe’s strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Lead the strategy function, mentoring team members, setting priorities, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee the governance of key processes, including B2B segmentation and the automation of critical manual processes across Commercial Functional Units (CFUs).
