Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans, including risk assessments, test coverage analysis, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Test Lead or in a similar role.
  • Strong experience in software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
  • Must have experience in Banking and Finance industry
  • Strong experience in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
