Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans, including risk assessments, test coverage analysis, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Test Lead or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in leading and mentoring QA teams.
- Must have experience in Banking and Finance industry
- Strong experience in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
