Under the direction of the Business Development Manager, the Sales Engineer / Sales Specialist performs a variety of duties for sales management in the Sales Department.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

1. Responsible for securing sales for Cloud Services and other products of CTO and meet sales goals.

2. Expands existing customer base;

3. Gathers input such as industry trends, Client’s feedback on problems and needs, buying processes and motivations, market potential and contact persons in the industry which are needed in the formulation of sales strategies for the assigned customer group;

4. Ensures full development of the market potential to promote and sell CTO’s products in his area by targeting both existing and new accounts;

5. Conducts customer needs discussion, presentation and prepares proposals according to Client’s requirements;

6. Generates the necessary reports to facilitate sales planning and control (e.g. monthly sales forecasts, weekly sales activity report, outstanding proposals list and order summary report);

7. Prepares the necessary documents for transactions between the Company and Client (e.g. contracts or agreement, request bonds, etc. );

8. Must be able to conduct product presentations/demonstrations to Clients;

9. Answers inquiries regarding the Company’s products;

10. Participates in exhibits and promotes the Company’s products;

11. Assists in facilitating the collection of payments under his account.
