Creative Specialist
About the Company:
We are looking for Creative Specialist who will be responsible in converting and creating design ideas into visual assets/illustrations and other design materials that will be used for advertising, marketing, gaming, publishing and broadcasting. This role involves frequent alignment and collaboration with team members (Creative Head, copywriters, marketers and developers) to create designs that are consistent with the intended objectives of the campaign. He/She will ensure designs conform with the brand guidelines and deliver impactful visual assets.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable and proficient in the use of design software and media equipment (audio/video).
- Able to source and work with external suppliers whenever necessary.
- Aligns with the Creative Head on the thematic concept and ideas; and consults with clients, creative directors and managers to understand design needs.
- Generates original ideas for designs that meet clients' or organizational needs.
- Drafts illustration concepts digitally through the use of available specialized design software.
- Creates prototypes of illustration concepts for advertisements, marketing materials, websites/social media, television broadcasts or publications.
- Introduces and presents prototype designs to clients and other stakeholders for feedback and further revisions for finalization.
- Collaborates with other creative professionals to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinates with web developers, printers and external vendors to apply design.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Creative Arts, or a related field; Proven experience in a creative designer role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects. Excellent design skills and proficiency in relevant design and editing software. Strong understanding of current design trends and technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strategic thinking and the ability to align creative efforts with business objectives. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
