• Create comprehensive tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications effectively.
• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities to optimize the efficiency of documentation processes.
• Develop and maintain the information architecture, ensuring that it meets current needs and can scale for future product changes and growth.
• Review, revise, and update content as necessary in response to feedback from end-users and product updates.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the product and communicate new features effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adhere to documentation guidelines and company style standards in all communication.
Personal Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical writing in a software development environment.
• Demonstrated experience with a software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent command of the English language with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex software applications.
