Are you passionate about supplier management and looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? We're on the hunt for a dynamic Sr. Specialist, Supplier Enablement to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze supplier segmentation and coordinate tasks for deployment deliverables
- Handle supplier escalations and run regular calls with local sourcing representatives and the Ariba Supplier Enablement team
- Review and confirm test and enablement plans, assist in troubleshooting Ariba errors or document transmission issues
- Support supplier integration and attend Supplier Summits to coordinate shared information
- Execute and monitor the supplier enablement plan, including reaching out to suppliers and setting them up on the Ariba Network
- Consult suppliers on setting up and maintaining their Ariba Network accounts
- Manage supplier MDG IDs and AN IDs in collaboration with suppliers and local sourcing
- Support local sourcing with supplier enablement activities and catalog setup and maintenance
- Address escalations to Sourcing Governance if suppliers are reluctant with enablement progress
- Regularly exchange information with Category Management and Global Sourcing Governance on strategies and improvements
- Work closely with the GBS Central Network team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Proficiency in Ariba Network Management and Supplier Enablement execution
- Functional skills in Source to Contract, Project Management, Analytical skills, Supplier Relationship Management, and Supplier Management
- Awareness of Sourcing Strategy and functioning skills in Risk Management and Finance
- Competency in Negotiations and communication skills
- Experience in a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment with a global mindset and intercultural awareness
