Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining good business relationship with School Principals, Teachers and Employees.
  • Identify potential institutions and clients that can be tapped for production related activities for the product assigned.
  • Responsible for assisting borrowers for buy-out, pick-up loan documents, pre-screening of applications and assisting Account Officers for loan fulfillment and marketing.
  • Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
  • Includes collection activities in the event that account goes delinquent / past due.
  • Provides regular department reports and forms according to standard process.
  • While the position requires new bookings, Account Representatives’ bookings shall predominantly be focused on re-loans catering to existing borrower base.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree from a college/university majoring in Marketing or Business administration.

Work Experience

  • With sales experience (strategic selling and negotiating skills)
  • With at least one year experience in any field such as sales and customer service of any financial and lending institutions, banks, call center and telecommunications company
  • Familiarity in Salary Loan products and process

Technical Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Above average sales and marketing competencies especially in working with various types of products and services.
  • Excellent sales or marketing presentation and/or skills with broad range of internal and external customers
  • Highly strategic thinking, solid problem-solving capabilities and results oriented.
