Sales And Marketing Specialist
The Sales & Marketing Specialist's role is to assist the Sales and Marketing department in closing a sale, implementing marketing and advertising activities including product and service promotion, and all materials to be used in digital media, inclusive of all marketing collaterals and presentations following Staffhouse’s corporate branding practices.
- Manages daily administrative tasks
- Responding to inquiries and requests for information from prospective employers ([email protected])
- Favorably influence prospective employers into signing a work agreement with Staffhouse:
- Signed Recruitment Agreement
- Completion of POLO documents
- Turn-over to Recruitment Division
- Able to sell and present the company whether in-person meetings, online platforms, or over the phone
- Maintains a prospect/client database that is constantly updated
- Responsible for sending out promotional mailers to prospective employers
- Supports the Sales and Marketing Team with regards to POLO documents turnover to PDD and record keeping of documents
- Represent the company during official activities and meetings with clients
- Performs activities that may be assigned from time to time
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Work Experience
- 2-3 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Previous experience in handling foreign clients is advantageous
- Preferably with experience in the Recruitment or Staffing industry, but not required.

- Excellent in written and verbal communication
- Proactive and a self-starter
- Excellent Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Customer Service background
