Job Purpose:
The Customer Care Specialist (Day Shift / Local In-house / On-site) is responsible for providing support to customers on various concerns and transactions such as inquiries, requests, complaints and other aftersales support via available CS channels such as Voice Outbound, and Non-Voice/Digital (Email, SMS, SNS, Chat, among others). The role embodies the signature customer experience of SM by providing premium service to customers in all interactions across all touchpoints.
