Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Researcher (SR) / Research Consultant (RC) to deliver outstanding research across Assignments
  • Source candidates through experience of previous knowledge of roles, candidates, contacts, networking and complex internet searches
  • Keep the SR/RC abreast of all relevant facts around the assignment through regular meetings and keep Invenias updated at all times
  • Act as the client liaison for all technical and information exchange purposes
  • Produce weekly and project reports, as required
  • Act as a search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of the recruitment process while adhering to strict codes of conduct in line with all current employment legislation
  • Continual maintenance of candidate relationships through quality customer service. Assist candidates through feedback and managing problems, and understanding client needs

Required Experience and Skills

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of global recruiting required (sourcing/research, headhunting/executive search, and market mapping)
  • Experience working in an NGO, Civil Society, or Governmental entity is an advantage
  • Well-networked and proficient knowledge of LinkedIn and other media
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering quality results
  • Excellent IT skills. Experience with internet databases, ATS and related resources is required
  • AI recruiting knowledge is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Culturally sensitive
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The successful candidate will be action-oriented and customer-focused, possess a sense of urgency
  • Ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal colleagues and external candidates
  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative, follow up and follow through on all areas of responsibility and anticipate business needs and plan accordingly.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
