DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative Support - Coordinates and ensures recurring payables such as partner shares, amusement property workforce salary are processed timely; organization and Monitoring of Contracts and Memorandums; suggests operational improvements that will enhance productivity and efficiency; incoming and Outgoing documents monitoring from OSVP; maintains office supplies; other related FECI Management assistance Data Reporting; collects and analyze amusement per ride and per branch daily sales for reporting to management Project Support; assist in documentation, timelines, and milestones tracking

  • Project Support - Assist in documentation, timelines and milestones tracking

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • With at least 6 months administrative and support function work experience. Experience in amusement business is preferred
  • Graduate of any 4-year degree course
  • Required skills: customer-service oriented; computer literate and good oral/written communication skills

WORK LOCATION

  • Candidates must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
