- Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations for time and cost optimization.
- Support the claims and variation order process by providing necessary schedule-related documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in civil infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is required.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodology, and resource planning.
- Experience in handling structural retrofitting projects is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in coordinating with government agencies, consultants, and subcontractors is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is an advantage but not required.
