Human Resources Business Partner
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides HR support to marketplace/Lending business unit in Philippines. This role requires a strong understanding of HR fundamentals and the ability to build effective relationships with business leaders. The HRBP will partner with the HRBP Lead to deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership:
- Develop a strong understanding of the business unit’s goals, strategies, and challenges.
- Build effective relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Provide HR advisory support to managers and employees.
Talent Management:
- Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with TA team.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics in line with functional deliverables
Project Support:
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP role.
- Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
