Business Development Assistant
Position: Business Development Assistant

Location: On-site, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Reports to: CEO & Marketing and Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Business Development Assistant will support the CEO in driving growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting with the execution of strategies to expand ETM's presence. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct research on potential store locations, competitors, and industry trends.
- Gather and analyze data to identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations on findings.
2. Sales & Partnership Support
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners and B2B clients.
- Support the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Track leads, follow-ups, and partnership developments.
3. Administrative Support
- Maintain databases of partnerships, clients, and projects.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and events for the Business Development team.
- Document and track the progress of ongoing business development initiatives.
4. Collaboration & Communication
- Liaise with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of new initiatives.
-Provide updates and feedback to the CEO.
5. Project Assistance
- Assist in planning and executing new store openings, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Odoo.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
