  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

Manage production scheduling for SMT and DIP processes, including capacity calculation and manpower allocation. Lead and manage a planning team of 3-4 members while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, materials, and warehouse teams. Develop optimized solutions to address various challenges and ensure material supply meets downstream factory demands.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in SMT production planning within the electronics industry; team management experience is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of production planning, demand and supply, MRP, and MS Office.
  • Clear logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as CIE, CPIM, or CSCP are a plus.
