JOB SUMMARY:

The Content Assistant is responsible for the following:

  1. Creation of content and working with content owners
  2. Creating job aids or quick reference guides
  3. Updating existing knowledge articles
  4. Updating chatbot dictionary
  5. Enabling self service documents to be user friendly

The position offers a hybrid setup with regular in-office work (2x per week onsite: Paranaque), primarily during mid-shift, for an initial 6-month contract.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of database management
  • Content writing experience
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written
  • Fast learner and independent
  • Worked within global environment
  • Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office
  • UI/UX knowledge – website creation is an advantage but not required
  • Adobe experience is an advantage but not required
