JOB SUMMARY:
The Content Assistant is responsible for the following:
- Creation of content and working with content owners
- Creating job aids or quick reference guides
- Updating existing knowledge articles
- Updating chatbot dictionary
- Enabling self service documents to be user friendly
The position offers a hybrid setup with regular in-office work (2x per week onsite: Paranaque), primarily during mid-shift, for an initial 6-month contract.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of database management
- Content writing experience
- Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Fast learner and independent
- Worked within global environment
- Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office
- UI/UX knowledge – website creation is an advantage but not required
- Adobe experience is an advantage but not required
