- Ensure leads delivery based on target needs of assigned site/location/geo of Afni.
- Strategize and execute content to be used in ad buying.
- Write ad copies that will help attract qualified talents to Afni.
- Propose and execute promotional activity and initiatives to help Afni gain more qualified leads.
- Analyze data based on social media or job board trend.
- Create reports to send to stakeholders on the status of targets and leads delivery.
- Optimize ad buying campaigns for cost efficiency.
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Must be experienced in content writing be it in academic, org work or professional experience.
- Must have a portfolio from previous writing engagements.
- Understanding of writing in a specific voice and tone – you will write content on behalf of the Afni brand.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
- Amenability to work in Commonwealth Q.C.
- Social media marketing experience is an advantage.
- Creativity is a must!
