The Alternative Data group is currently seeking a Partnerships Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. Reporting to Nasdaq's Head of Alternative Data Partnerships, the successful candidate will support our Data Partnerships team in securing high value partnerships that enable us to expand our catalog of unique and market leading data products.

What You Will Do

  • Focus on creating partnerships for Nasdaq Data Link with leading companies globally
  • Develop framework of tools to automate and monitor connections
  • Research and qualify new target accounts, call strategies, and engaging messaging content
  • Engage with potential partners by email and social-documenting process to identify which avenues are most efficient
  • Manage inbound and outbound lead flows, conduct high-level discovery conversations and identify potential partnerships to best serve our customers
  • Collaborate with and learn from teams in Partnerships, Data Science, Data Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Introduce and build scalable processes for future additions to the Partnerships team

What We Expect

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or marketing/sales
  • Experience Required: At least 5 years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fantastic attention to details and good organizational skills
  • Able to work following Eastern Time (5am - 2pm EST)
