What you'll do:

As a Graphic Designer your main responsibility is to produce high quality creative work that is results oriented, on-brand and customer-centric. You will sit within our marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Working closely with the product managers and digital marketing specialist to successfully translate creative briefs to commercially effective concepts.
  • Ongoing refinement, improvement, and evolution of Omron Automation and Robotics brand guidelines in line with best practice.
  • Being able to understand branding and marketing design detail, with a good eye for design, ability to translate briefing to meet business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, including AI-powered graphic design tools.
  • Learn and adapt to new AI graphic tools that are transforming the industry. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.


Successful candidates must have:

  • Have at least 2 3 years experience as a B2B graphic designer.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to design infographics with depth (a 2D design that has the perception of 3D).
  • Can handle creative designs with limited supervision from briefing to final concepts.
  • Have proven ability to manage extensive workloads and prioritise accordingly
  • Have a strong design imagination with proven experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator along with a portfolio of previous work to support this.
  • Experience in Adobe Premier Pro and video animation and editing is a bonus.
