At Grab, we are Southeast Asia's leading ride-hailing platform, committed to solving transportation challenges and creating transport freedom for 620 million people in the region. While we began as a taxi-hailing app in 2012, we have since expanded our platform to include GrabCar, GrabBike, and GrabExpress.

The Grab Integrity Unit maintains our ethical standards. You will join a dedicated team conducting independent investigations into misconduct or fraudulent activities within our organization. Our team also manages the whistleblowing channel for reporting suspected misconduct.

We're looking for an Assistant Manager, Grab Integrity Unit, to focus on investigations within our growing team. If you have regional investigation experience, a mindset for growth, and enjoy working collaboratively, this role could be your next opportunity.

You will be directly reporting to the Co-Head, Grab Integrity Unit and will have to report onsite to our office in Grab's Exquadra Tower office, Ortigas.

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

  • You will conduct investigations, including interviews, data gathering, site visits, and documenting findings in reports, observing the Investigation Protocol.
  • You will help manage the whistleblowing channels and monitoring programs to ensure transparency and ethical practices.
  • You will maintain detailed documentation of activities like training sessions and advisories.
  • You will collaborate with partners to facilitate appropriate disciplinary, remediation, or legal actions.
  • You will help deliver employee training on compliance-related topics and procedures.
  • You will participate in projects, contributing to projects that enhance compliance and communication standards.
  • You will contribute to data loss investigation and prevention efforts to safeguard company information.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You will Need

  • Investigative Expertise: You bring 3 or more years of experience in law enforcement, compliance, or audit roles with a background in internal investigations.
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English and Tagalog, essential for effectively conducting regional investigations.
  • Analytical Prowess: You have skills in collecting, organizing, and analyzing substantial data accurately, ensuring investigations.
  • Integrity and Determination: Your high moral integrity and drive you to deliver reliable results.
  • Regional Mobility: You are prepared and able to travel within the region as part of your investigative duties.

Additionally, possessing a Certified Fraud Examiner accreditation or skills in data analysis (e.g., SQL) would be advantageous.
