About The Role
- Position: Full-time or Part-time, starting with a 30-60 day trial
- Work setup: Fully remote, flexible hours.
- Compensation:
- Base salary: Slightly below industry standard, with the upside of equity that vests based on your contributions.
- Equity: Significant ownership potential, with stock options that grow as you help the company scale.
- Founding Team: You will be our Team member #1 playing a strategic role in shaping the product and the future of CXaidekick.
- Building & Scaling: You’ll lead the development of scalable web apps—both internal tools and customer-facing solutions.
- AI-Powered Agents: Work directly on enhancing our AI agents that handle customer service tasks, pushing the boundaries of AI in eCommerce.
- Integration & Security: Develop seamless integrations with eCommerce platforms while ensuring top-level privacy and security standards for AI-driven customer service.
- Leadership & Growth: As we scale, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a tech team, growing into a Leadership role and helping shape the tech vision as the company expands.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience as a full-stack developer with a focus on Node.js, React, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks like OpenAI, Claude, Llama, or similar large language models, and experience working with large datasets or building AI-driven systems.
- Experience building and scaling web applications in startup environments.
- Knowledge of privacy and security practices in AI is a plus.
- Ownership Mentality: You take pride in your work, owning every aspect of development, from concept to completion, and ensuring it delivers value.

- Current Stage: We’re in the MVP phase, with the AI onboarding agent already in development. We’re also in discussions with potential investors.
- Bootstrapped & Growth-Focused: We’re currently bootstrapped, with a pre-money valuation of ~1.5M Php. Our goal is to secure paying clients post-MVP launch and target major incubators like YC (International) or Ideaspace, QBO or AIM in 2025.
You will be the Employee #1 (Founding Tech Team Member)
- Salary: 30K-35KPhp/Month (Will grow as we scale)
- Work Schedule: Anytime between 6am-8pm Philippine Standard Time (40 hours/week)
- Equity: 3%-8%, based on your overall impact (1-year cliff, 4-year vesting).
- Role: Help us build the MVP, scale the tech, and drive the success of CXaidekick as a core team member. Great opportunity to evolve into a more Leadership role as the company grows.
