We’re looking for a Customer Support & Operations Specialist who’s not just about answering emails but can also help optimize our backend processes—think analytics, automation, and financial tracking. If you love problem-solving, keeping customers happy, and making systems more efficient, you’ll fit right in. This will be a long-term position with many possibilities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media (returns, exchanges, shipping issues, product questions, etc.).
  • Resolve order-related issues with our fulfillment center and vendors.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to our products and processes.
  • Manage and update our help desk/FAQ to reduce incoming tickets.
  • Create and refine automated support solutions (chatbots, email flows, etc.) to streamline responses.
  • Track customer trends, ticket volume, and product issues to improve decision-making.
  • Help set up customer support automation (chatbots, macros, AI-driven responses).
  • Assist in reconciling chargebacks, refunds, and payment disputes.
  • Work with fulfillment partners to track order status, manage returns, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Help analyze past merch drops and assist with planning future product launches based on customer demand.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to start work on weekdays at 6 AM Philippines time
  • Experience in customer support, e-commerce, or operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills—you can handle tricky customer situations and come up with creative solutions.
  • Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

  • $1600 USD per month
