Position Description

The Brand & PR Officer shall report to the Head of Marketing under the Land Strategy Team. The role is a critical function of the marketing team as the Brand & PR Officer is expected to be a strong contributor in identifying strategies and programs that will support the businesses under SLIM in achieving their business objectives.

The Brand & PR Officer should also have a good background in project management to ensure that marketing plans are implemented according to approved executions, identifying problems, and recommending solutions. Experience in developing and implementing 360 campaigns including Public Relations with advertising agencies is an advantage as this will also form part of the role’s watch-outs.

Key Results Areas

  • Support the growth of SLIM brands with a well-thought-out GTM plan
  • Build brand awareness, brand health, imagery, perceived impression, and leads generation/interest
  • Develop and execute brand plans & programs that will build brand affinity among the target audience identified
  • Manage brands’ life cycle effectively and efficiently through sustained efforts, and a clear understanding of the ever-changing customers’ needs and wants
  • Source, evaluate, and monitor the performance of key partners (ad agency, PR firm, suppliers, etc) and ensure turnaround of agreed actions on time
  • Conspire with internal and external stakeholders to achieve/surpass expected results
  • End-to-end project management of campaigns and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • University/College degree holder in Business or Marketing management from a reputable school
  • At least 3 years experience in brand management/marketing, and/or PR
  • Marketing in a real estate company is an advantage, but not a must
  • Understands marketing principles and deliverables including but not limited to traditional, digital, OOH, Public Relations, events
  • Must be good at written and verbal English and Filipino
  • Willing to travel to project sites as often as required
  • Has exposure in the development of marketing campaigns and can cite growth results vis-à-vis objectives
  • Able to write copy in English and Filipino (or local dialect)
  • Exposed in the crafting of budgets, monitoring and reporting
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment and is agile in adapting to changes
  • Ideally started building a network of Public Relations contacts
  • Someone who has worked on PR crisis management is a plus, but not a must
  • Other tasks maybe assigned by the Supervisor
