Job Summary

The position will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies, employee engagement activities, and branding initiatives to promote a positive employee experience and strengthen our employer brand.

Reporting Structure

The position will be reporting directly to the Head of HRSD, collaborating closely with the other HRSD units.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement engagement programs and initiatives to cultivate a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.

2. Manage HR internal communication channels, including design, to promote transparent and effective communication across the organisation.

3. Oversee the creation of employee and agency merchandise and promotional items, ensuring compliance to brand guidelines.

4. Evaluate the effectiveness of HR communications and engagement activities using metrics and feedback and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

5. Lead branding initiatives that showcase the company's values, mission, and culture.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in HR communications, employee engagement, or employer branding.

3. Strong creative and design skills with proficiency in graphic design tools.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Understanding of branding principles and experience in developing brand strategies preferred.

7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

8. Passion for promoting employee engagement and enhancing the overall employee experience.
