JOB PURPOSE

The position is responsible for the overall performance of the assigned product/s such as but not limited to Profit and Loss, product direction for generating revenue, and implementation of customer success initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Identify opportunities to drive revenues, such as go-to-market strategies, develop initiatives to streamline the customer lifecycle, and implement sales process improvements
  2. Ensures product relevance and competitiveness by defining product differentiation strategies, outlining product roadmaps, and driving innovation initiatives.
  3. Oversees delivery operations to enhance operational efficiency and directly impact profit and loss statements.
  4. Strategically position the product in the market and collaborate with marketing to develop promotions and awareness campaigns.
  5. Expand the product portfolio by introducing new, viable products to create additional revenue streams for the Company.
  6. Leads product strategy and go-to-market initiatives to drive long-term growth and success.

Technical Expertise:

  1. Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and relevant.
  2. Identify opportunities for enhancements or improvements to existing solutions and the overall offering based on client feedback and market insights.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  1. College graduate in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Industrial or Management Engineering.
  2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, revenue operations, customer success or related field
  3. Communication skills and interpersonal skills
  4. Amenability to work 3-4x onsite.
