JOB PURPOSE
The position is responsible for the overall performance of the assigned product/s such as but not limited to Profit and Loss, product direction for generating revenue, and implementation of customer success initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify opportunities to drive revenues, such as go-to-market strategies, develop initiatives to streamline the customer lifecycle, and implement sales process improvements
- Ensures product relevance and competitiveness by defining product differentiation strategies, outlining product roadmaps, and driving innovation initiatives.
- Oversees delivery operations to enhance operational efficiency and directly impact profit and loss statements.
- Strategically position the product in the market and collaborate with marketing to develop promotions and awareness campaigns.
- Expand the product portfolio by introducing new, viable products to create additional revenue streams for the Company.
- Leads product strategy and go-to-market initiatives to drive long-term growth and success.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and relevant.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements or improvements to existing solutions and the overall offering based on client feedback and market insights.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- College graduate in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Industrial or Management Engineering.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, revenue operations, customer success or related field
- Communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Amenability to work 3-4x onsite.
