Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Specialist to join our team. This role requires hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and a strong ability to execute day-to-day operational tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring the smooth execution of essential Amazon operations

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Seller Central Management:

  • Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central, including creating and troubleshooting listings and variations, creating and uploading flat files, case management, etc.
  • Update and maintain product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
  • Monitor account health and resolve compliance issues, listing suppressions, and stranded inventory.

Product Listing Maintenance & Optimization:

  • Perform keyword research using DataDive and/or Helium 10 and update product listings accordingly.
  • Implement A+ Content and Brand Store updates as needed.
  • Ensure all product images, descriptions, and variations are correct and compliant with Amazon’s guidelines.

FBA Shipment Creations:

  • Create FBA shipments based on the weekly restock recommendation.

Marketing & Promotions Support:

  • Monitor and execute Lightning Deals, Coupons, and other promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon listing management, inventory, control, and fulfillment operations.
  • Familiarity with Amazon PPC and promotional tools, with the ability to follow provided strategies.
  • Experience using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and DataDive is a must.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately with Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Amazon Stores is a must
  • Good written communication skills for handling customer inquiries and support tickets.
