As a Customer Success Manager you will:
- Act as the trusted advisor for customers, ensuring they maximise the value of their monday.com licences.
- Organise Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to assess performance, showcase value, and build long-term relationships.
- Address and resolve customer challenges, improving adoption and satisfaction rates.
- Own the retention and growth of assigned accounts to meet the 120% NDR target.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with Account Executives to drive expansion.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of customers, building deep partnerships and ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Maintain regular engagement with stakeholders, ensuring their success metrics are met.
- Become a subject matter expert on monday.com, leveraging its capabilities to solve complex business problems for customers.
- Deliver training and workshops to increase user adoption and knowledge.
Non-negotiables
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Workflow Consulting.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, preferably with prior experience in monday.com or similar platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in a SaaS Vendor/Partner or IT Consulting environment.
- Hands-on experience with monday.com and certifications.
- A strong track record in achieving or exceeding retention and growth targets
