Key responsibilities:
- General Support: You'll assist the HR team throughout the entire recruitment process, from planning how to find candidates to executing those plans.
- Sourcing & Recruitment Activities: This could involve tasks like searching for potential candidates, posting job ads, or screening resumes.
- Volume Recruitment: The company is focusing on hiring a large number of people, so you might be involved in processes designed to efficiently find and recruit many qualified candidates.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in BSBA, Major in Human Resources Management, BS Psychology or other related program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
- Must render minimum of 300 hours.
- Can work onsite, minimum of 4 hours per day.
- Can start immediately.
- Must have a sense of confidentiality for matters encountered.
