Job Description:
- Leads management of Integrated Marketing Communications from consumer insighting, strategy development, campaign conceptualization, and analysis of executional performance.
- With a level of expertise across all consumer touchpoints including traditional and non-traditional mediums: TV/Film, OLV, OOH, Radio, Digital, Social, Shopper, PR, Influencers
- The role involves multiple agency management (inside and outside of Publicis Media), media & creative development, leading cross-functional teams and collaboration with key internal and external partners.
- Must be able to balance projects across different industries and have experience in shaping media & creative content and leading creative discussions with internal and external partners.
- Has working experience leading a team
- Minimal account management requirement, but is expected to help grow and develop business revenue through Connections services, Creative branded executions, and E-Commerce solutions Leads business development projects and pitches
- Fosters the spirit of collaboration and education, creating newsletters and thought leadership pieces to be cascaded across the Group
- Brand management or Agency experience is strongly preferred (from either Media/Creatives/PR/Socials/Shopper/Activations agencies)
Qualifications
- 5-7 years media planning experience required, with focus on strategic and operational planning and execution, in regional/global accounts
- Familiar with the timelines, processes and needs of the implementation of all media
- Knowledgeable about new approaches to and developments in digital tactical planning
- Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
