As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and modifying multiple WordPress websites. You will ensure website security, uptime, and performance while assisting with digital marketing requirements such as SEO, analytics, and plugin installations. Your role will also contribute to operational systems by developing intranet programs to enhance various business areas.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 4 years of WordPress development experience.
- Strong background in front-end development with exposure to back-end development.
- Proficiency in the following software programs:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- WordPress
- HTML
- PHP
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Well-developed expertise in the following areas:
- Website maintenance
- Website security
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Conveying technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders
- Enhancing user experience for both internal staff and external customers
- Managing eCommerce gateways and website applications
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to convey outcomes and progress of assigned tasks within a project team.
- Capacity to perform efficiently in a high-pressure and fast-paced team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, strong prioritization skills, ability to meet deadlines, and self-motivation.
- Experience in graphic design or marketing-related skills such as SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
Your Daily Tasks
- Perform timely administrative tasks related to the implementation, maintenance, and modification of multiple WordPress websites.
- Ensure websites remain secure and consistently online.
- Assist with marketing-driven requirements across digital platforms, including SEO programming, analytics monitoring, coding, plugin installation, and other web-based IT support.
- Focus on design outcomes across all platforms to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Update content, graphics, and other elements across WordPress sites.
