PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS QMS OFFICER:

  1. Lead in maintaining ISO 9001 sustainable implementation for the plant
  2. Handle strategic activities for the maintenance of ISO 9001 certification through conducting of:

2.1 Internal Quality Audit,

2.2 External Quality Audit,

2.3 Management and updating of QMS records,

  1. Provides refresher / training for personnel about ISO 9001.
  2. Provides the company with up to date ISO 9001 requirements and lead the company in meeting updated QMS requirements.
  3. Ensure control of QMS records at all times.

SECONDARY DUTIES:

  1. Participating in productivity improvement programs of the company such as SGA and QCC.
  2. Religiously comply with the company rules and regulations, core values, work instructions, safety and standard operating procedures.
  3. Observes cleanliness and conducts 5S of good housekeeping programs in the workplace as part of compliance to Company Health and Safety Standard.
  4. Perform cross functional activities that may be assigned from time to time in relation to current job.
